Shipping policy

Online Order Status

We will let you know when your order has been processed and when to expect shipment and tracking details once we have it via email. You may contact us for an update during the purchase process at any time with any questions or concerns. 

Shipping costs

Shipping from Creative Carpet & Flooring is free on orders over $100 to the contiguous US 48 States. Customers are responsible for return shipping, should you need to return your purchase for any reason. It is helpful to use USPS.com, FedEx.com, or UPS.com to help you calculate return shipping costs and obtain estimates. You can obtain the weight of your shipment by clicking on the tracking we emailed you regarding your order. You may also contact us. If an item arrives incorrect or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to obtain a replacement.

Your Creative Carpet & Flooring order will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and will likely be delivered via USPS, UPS or FedEx. You will be emailed tracking numbers so you can monitor your shipment. We cannot ship to a PO Box. A trucking company may deliver oversized items. In this case, the trucking company will contact you to arrange delivery. 

We do not ship outside the US. 

Transit time on an order

We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products. Most products are in stock and our suppliers typically ship items within 2 to 5 working days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 10 to 20 working days for items to arrive. Please note that oversized items that have to go by freight carrier take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times.

For any reason an item is currently out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery date.

Depending on the order date and time, expedited or overnight shipping may be available. Please contact us via email or call 888-910-6585 extension 109 for rates and information.

Delivery method

Products are shipped from our manufacturers via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Items too large to ship via these three services will be shipped via truck or specialized carrier. These carriers usually call you before delivering your order to arrange a delivery appointment. Items shipped to a residence or business will be delivered to your door. You will not receive a call before delivery unless your item is oversized.
